- Creating small spaces of "zero" gravity, MIT 17/5
- Are
the left wing politicians in Greece causing harm to less well people in
Spain and Italy? As the bond yields rise in those countries the
government has less money to spend on the public sector, as they need
to spend more on interest on their sovereign loans. At the same time
the Germans- whom Syriza in Greece don't like- are becoming richer
due to lower bond yields....17/5

- The latest data on
the Portuguese GDP. It will be interesting to see if the GDP

contraction of less than the estimation of 3% in 2012. The q2
figures, released in summer, will be interesting. INE 15/5
- Contrary
to a lot of media out there, I believe that the present turmoil just is
another bump on the road. The Greece situation will continue to be hard
on the people in Greece, but the alternative with an exit out of the
euro and complete default seems to be much worser. I believe they will
stick with the program. The IMF has a lot of responsibility, by setting
up the program, so it better work as promised! 14/5
